What does Age Restrictions mean?

All our land leased mobile homes in our Florida mobile home community are either for all ages or 55 plus. When you hit view homes, you should find information about mobile home financing options there.

What does Cash buyers Mean ?

It means you need to have available funds in your account to purchase a home in a Florida mobile home community. No loans, personal loans, etc. We finance very few, as there are many complexities involved with mobile home financing options. In fact, 99.5 percent of buyers in land leased mobile homes are cash buyers.

What kind of mobile homes do you sell?

We specialize in land leased mobile homes, meaning you purchase the mobile home and then lease the land. In a Florida mobile home community, you'll typically pay lot rent after buying the mobile home, which covers amenities, lawn care, and other services. Each park has its own guidelines, so be sure to check with park managers. Please note that we do not sell coops or resident-owned properties, and we also offer mobile home financing options to help you make your purchase.

Park requirements for approvals.

Each Florida mobile home community has requirements similar to background checks, credit checks, verified income, and no past evictions. Don’t apply for land leased mobile homes if you don’t qualify. Each community has application fees that are nonrefundable, so it’s best to check with the park first to ensure you meet the qualifications for mobile home financing options.

Financing options only on homes that qualify!

Qualifications for mobile home financing options typically include credit scores, income, and current employment, with a preference for at least two years of stable work history. In Florida mobile home communities, essential steps such as home inspections, appraisals, and deposits on land leased mobile homes must be completed. Additionally, obtaining an approval letter and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner is crucial.
